What style of home are you looking for? (Bungalow, bi-level, two storey, split level)
Or maybe a condo is more your style. (Apartment style, town home, villa)
Number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage of home, flooring, parking ....................the list goes on of things to consider.

These initial guidelines will provide your realtor with enough information for your realtor to select properties that match your requirements and not waste your time.
